DR ED SYLVESTER

Ed studied medicine at The London Hospital Medical Collage and qualified in 1995. He then did a number of placements in hospitals in London, Norwich and Lancashire where he gained experience in emergency medicine, endocrinology, medicine for the elderly, paediatrics, obstetrics and gynaecology, dermatology and rheumatology.

Ed moved into General Practice in 2000, taking up a post in Morecambe and becoming a partner in 2005. His practice merged with other GP practice which gave Ed the opportunity to take the clinical lead for the Cancer Gold Standard, child health surveillance services and child protection services, as well as specialising in minor surgery and joint injections.

Ed joined Liphook Village Surgery in the autumn of 2011 as Partner. He is married and is looking to move nearer to Liphook from his home in West Sussex. Ed is a keen walker, both long distance and hill walking, and also enjoys adventure travel with his wife.
